Energy Security Assessment Based on a New Dynamic Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Framework

Access to energy resources and broadly understood security are some of the critical factors influencing economic development countries. This article deals with problem assessing countries, considering this in various periods time, examining past, present forecasted future conditions at same time. For purpose, Dynamic Multi-Criteria Decision Making (DMCDM) methodology was developed applied, based on classic fuzzy (MCDM) methods International Energy Security Risk Index (IESRI).
